Going on Vacation in Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Hey there!
Just got back from Jamaica, enjoying the sun and relaxation.  The trip started off well, as we landed and picked up our luggage there were 2 guys playing tunes for us.

From there, it got more relaxed as we chilled in Couples lounge at the airport while we wait for the shuttle to come.

From here we arrived at Couples Tower Isle with our ocean view room.

Throughout the week we had a great time, the food was awesome!  The 3 restaurants and the buffet were almost too good.  The pic below shows one restaurant at night time, it's called Bayside.  It was South East Asian style food, and it was my favorite for the resort.

The beach was fairly small, but nice, and on the few calm days, the ocean looked great.  It helped that there is a bar next to the beach for our gin and tonics.  And for pasty people like myself there was plenty of shade to hide in.

My girlfriend and I eventually got our butts off the beach and did a few tours.  The first one we took was the Bob Marley Safari Tour.  It was kind of lame, but if you're in Jamaica you have to go see Bob Marley's place.  And Captain Crazy does not disappoint as a guide.

The second trip, was to Dunn's River Falls which was fun, and dangerous.  Unfortunately, the only shot I took was at the beginning.  So the photo below is where you start the climb up the falls.

I have to be honest, and say that my girlfriend and I aren't party animals.  We enjoy sleeping too much to stay out late, but we did enjoy sitting on our balcony and watching the stars at night with drink...and a cigar for me.  Very relaxing.

The last tour we took was the catamaran booze cruise - which was great.  We got to drink a whole lot of rum punch and sail on a catamaran.

As you can see in the above photo, the booze cruise starts by going by the nude island, where there were a lot of full moons in plain view.

That's pretty much the trip - a whole lot of laze around and enjoy the warm weather.  As my girlfriend is doing in the last photo.
